Detailed description of Crescent Oak Golf Course

Crescent Oak Country Club, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in Tarpon Springs,

Crescent Oak Country Club opened for play in 1989. The 200-acre, championship 6,914-yard, 18-hole golf course was designed by renowned golf course architect Steve Smyers with the technical expertise of Jim Colbert. The well-bunkered, traditional-style course is carved from scenic woodlands, gently rolling hills and picturesque lakes. The secluded property sits adjacent to Brooker Creek Preserve where deer and turkey are a frequent sight.

Had not played this course in 5 years. Was surprised how much it had improved. The greens were in good condition as was the whole course. As we played there were a herd of deer on the second hole, wild turkeys on another. Unfortunately we were rained out after 8 holes and did not get to see the back 9.

Would travel: 10-20 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Ranks with the best in this price level
